We want you to love your Outbound Canine Co. experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping.
A few exceptions:
- Custom designed, measured, and cut gear
- Custom Color pairings and combos
- Gear must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged
- Normal wear and tear - including scratch and chipped hardware
Upon your return being accepted, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
To start a return, fill out our Return Form. If your return is accepted, I will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
