Lead Times
Lead Time can vary and sometimes take up to 6-8 weeks. Please always refer to the top banner of our website for our current Lead Time. If there will be a significant delay in fulfilling your Order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Timelines
Shipping times can vary. Times will be calculated and displayed once at checkout based on your address and location.
- Standard Shipping 3-9 business days
- Xpresspost Shipping 3 business days
- Priority 2 business days
I ship using Canada Post and UPS.
We have no control over the shipping time lines so please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping within British Columbia is a flat rate of $12
- Shipping within the rest of Canada is a flat rate of $18
- Shipping within the US is automatically calculated at checkout by Shopify, not myself.
If you spend over a certain amount, the flat rate shipping charge will be a few dollars more.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Outbound Canine Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Damages
Outbound Canine Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
